SRP residential customers may qualify when the attic and proposed work meet current program rules. The program can cover up to 75% of eligible project cost, not to exceed $600. Contractor participation and approval requirements apply, so we verify the path before treating a rebate as part of your price.
It is an income-qualified Arizona rebate program covering several home energy improvements. Insulation assistance can be up to $1,600, with program eligibility and pre-approval required.
Competitor pricing reviewed in Phoenix commonly frames attic top-offs around $1,500–$3,500 before rebates, but your price depends on attic size, access, current depth and prep work. We inspect and provide a written quote rather than forcing your home into a generic price.
Many straightforward top-up projects can be completed in one day. Access, attic condition and the final scope determine the actual schedule.
